PVC Vacuum Door

PVC Vacuum Door combines a PVC decorative surface, HDF panel, LVL structural reinforcement and project-selected core materials. The vacuum-forming process allows the PVC film to follow profiled door surfaces and edges, providing a consistent finish for interior door projects. 

Surface Film: High-grade PVC foil (0.35mm to 0.50mm thickness) treated with anti-UV and scratch-resistant top coats.

Core Substrate: E1 grade Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) with a density of 750 kg/m³ or higher, ensuring a smooth, uniform surface for vacuum pressing without telegraphing defects.

Internal Framing: Kiln-dried LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) or solid timber stiles and rails incorporated inside the core perimeter to provide screw-holding strength for hinges and hardware.

Internal Fill: Honeycomb paper core for lightweight residential applications, or tubular particle board core for enhanced acoustic and fire-retardant properties in commercial projects.

Moisture & Humidity Resistance: Seamless vacuum forming wraps PVC film around panel edges, eliminating vertical seams where moisture can enter. Surface water absorption remains below 10%.

Wear & Scratch Resistance: Durable polymer surface withstands routine cleaning chemicals and daily abrasion in commercial environments.

Dimensional Stability: Core components undergo moisture conditioning before assembly to reduce warping and bowing caused by seasonal humidity changes.

Easy Maintenance: Non-porous surface cleans easily with mild soap and water, without periodic repainting or varnishing.

Vacuum Pressing Control: Computerized multi-stage vacuum presses monitor pressure and heating cycles for uniform PVC bonding on deep-routed panels, reducing bubbling and edge lifting.

Dimensional Inspection: Each panel is digitally checked for squareness, thickness consistency, and edge straightness before hardware machining.

Color Consistency: PVC foil batches are checked against standard light-booth references to maintain consistent color across phased project deliveries.

Phase-Based Manufacturing: We align production schedules with your construction milestone timeline, storing finished goods securely in our warehouse if site delivery needs to be staged.

Matched System Components: We supply coordinated packages including door leaves, adjustable frames, architraves, rubber acoustic seals, and pre-selected hardware sets to ensure uniform color and finish matching.

Export-Grade Protection: Panels are individually wrapped in protective PE film, separated with EPE foam sheets, edge-protected with heavy-duty cardboard angles, and secured on fumigation-free plywood pallets for safe long-distance container transport.
