Manufacturing Process
Core & Door Frame Preparation
Door cores and perimeter reinforcement are prepared according to the specified construction. Solid particleboard, tubular chipboard, honeycomb and other core configurations can be produced according to project requirements.
Surface Pressing
Melamine decorative material is bonded to the specified HDF substrate using controlled pressing conditions. Temperature, pressure and pressing time are controlled according to the selected material and construction.
CNC Machining
CNC equipment is used for precision sizing and machining of door slabs. Factory machining can include hinge recesses, lock and latch preparations, routing and drop-seal grooves based on approved drawings or hardware templates.
PUR Edge Banding
Automated edge-banding equipment applies PUR hot-melt adhesive and the specified edge material to provide a clean, sealed perimeter. Edge treatment is selected according to the core, application and moisture requirements.
