Flush Frameless Interior Doors

Flush Frameless Interior Doors are wall-integrated interior door systems for residential, hotel, office and commercial projects where a clean, trim-free appearance is required. The door leaf uses an engineered wood structure with a melamine or PVC finish and can be supplied as a complete system with a concealed frame, invisible hinges, concealed lock and matching wall panels. 

Concealed Frame Installation
The frame is positioned behind the finished wall surface, allowing the door leaf to align with the adjacent wall instead of using a conventional exposed casing.
Reduced Visible Trim
The system eliminates prominent architraves around the opening, creating a simpler wall-to-door transition for modern interior layouts.
Matching Wall Panel Option
Wall panels can be supplied in the same PVC or melamine finish as the door to maintain consistent color and grain direction across connected surfaces. 

LVL Internal Reinforcement
LVL is used within the door structure to reinforce the leaf and provide stable fixing areas for concealed hinges and other hardware.
MDF/HDF Door Faces
MDF or HDF boards form the door faces, providing a flat and consistent base for PVC film or melamine finishing.
Application-Specific Core
Core materials can be configured according to door size, weight, acoustic requirements or other project specifications.
Factory-Completed Door Leaf
The decorative finish and required hardware preparation are completed during production, reducing site finishing and rework. 

PVC Woodgrain or Solid Color
PVC film can be supplied with woodgrain or solid-color finishes for different interior design schemes.
Melamine Finish Option
Melamine surfaces are available where a rigid decorative finish is preferred for interior door and wall-panel applications.
Controlled Grain Direction
Door surfaces can be produced with coordinated grain direction and finish selection for multi-door projects.
Factory Lamination
The surface finish is completed in the factory before shipment, avoiding conventional painting and drying processes at the installation site. 

3D Adjustable Invisible Hinges
Concealed hinges are installed inside the frame and door assembly, with three-direction adjustment available for final positioning after installation.
Concealed Lock Preparation
Lock bodies can be recessed into the door structure to reduce exposed hardware on the finished door face.
Factory Hardware Machining
Hinge recesses, lock positions and related machining can be completed according to the selected hardware model before shipment. 

Wall Thickness Matching
Concealed frame dimensions are selected according to the wall build-up and finished wall thickness specified for the project.
Opening Dimension Check
Door width, height, swing direction and finished floor level are confirmed against the project door schedule before production.
Finished Wall Plane
Frame positioning is coordinated with the final wall finish so the door leaf sits on the intended wall plane after installation.
Pre-Production Drawing Review
Architectural drawings, wall sections and door schedules can be reviewed before production to identify conflicts with openings, hardware or wall finishes. 

Material Inspection - Check MDF/HDF, LVL, core materials, PVC/melamine surfaces and hardware for dimensions, damage and visible defects before production.
Door & Frame Assembly - Check frame dimensions, structural joints, hinge recesses and lock preparation during assembly.
Surface Inspection - Inspect film or melamine adhesion, color, grain direction, edge finishing and visible surface defects.
Dimensional Inspection - Measure door leaf and frame width, height, thickness and squareness against production drawings.
Function Testing - Operate the assembled door to check opening, closing, hinge adjustment and lock engagement.
Final Inspection - Check the complete door set, accessories, labels, surface condition and packaging before shipment. 

For project orders, we can provide:

Individual Protection - Door surfaces are covered with PE film or bags, with edge protection and cushioning materials applied to reduce handling damage.
Export Packaging - Doors are packed in export cartons and palletized according to shipment requirements.
Project Identification - Cartons can be marked with door numbers, room numbers, model codes or installation batches.
Shipping Documents - Commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin and other required export documents can be prepared according to the destination and order.
