2 Panel Raised Interior Doors

The 2 Panel Raised Interior Door is a moulded HDF interior door with an integrated raised-panel profile and PVC-wrapped surface. It can be supplied as a door leaf or complete door set with matching frames, trims, and hardware for residential, apartment, hotel, and other interior projects. 

Integrated Raised Panel Profile
The two-panel profile is moulded directly into the HDF door face, forming the raised panels, grooves, and recessed areas as part of the door skin.
Machined & Prepared Surface
After moulding and CNC processing, the door face is sanded and cleaned to remove machining marks and prepare the profile for PVC film application.
Vacuum-Pressed PVC Finish
PVC film is vacuum-pressed over the moulded door face, allowing the film to follow the raised panels, grooves, edges, and curved sections without separately applied decorative mouldings. 

The internal filling can be selected according to the required door construction, weight, rigidity, and project specification.

Solid Wood Filling
Solid wood is used where a denser internal structure and increased fixing support are required.
Graphene Board Filling
Graphene board can be specified as an engineered core option for projects requiring an alternative internal filling construction.
Tubular Particle Board Filling
Tubular particle board provides internal structural support while using a lighter board configuration than a fully solid core.
The selected core can be combined with the required door thickness, PVC finish, frame, and hardware preparation. 

90–300 mm Wall Thickness Range
Frame configurations can be produced for wall thicknesses from 90 to 300 mm, with project-specific dimensions available when required.
Door Opening & Handing
Door width, height, opening direction, frame dimensions, and hardware preparation can be specified from the project door schedule before production.
Drawing-Based Preparation
Hinge positions, lock preparation, frame details, and other installation-related dimensions can be prepared from approved project drawings. 

Profile Accuracy
CNC-machined panel lines, grooves, curved sections, and edges are checked for profile depth, symmetry, clean transitions, and dimensional consistency.
Surface Preparation
After sanding and repair, the door face is checked for machining marks, dents, scratches, uneven areas, and other defects that could affect PVC application.
PVC Film Application
The wrapped surface is checked for complete coverage, adhesion, bubbles, wrinkles, lifting edges, corner cracking, and film tension around raised profiles.
Door Dimensions
Width, height, thickness, diagonals, panel position, and squareness are measured against the production specification.
Door Set Assembly
For complete door sets, the frame, hinges, door leaf, and specified hardware are checked for position, alignment, fastening, and opening/closing operation.
Final Appearance
The finished unit is visually checked for color consistency, PVC surface condition, panel symmetry, profile definition, edge finish, and visible defects.
Order Release Check
Model, dimensions, finish, core, hardware, quantity, labeling, and packaging are matched with the purchase order before shipment. 

Protective Packing
Door faces, edges, frames, and other exposed surfaces are protected with PE film, cushioning materials, and edge protection before packing.
Carton & Pallet Packing
Packed units can be arranged in cartons and on pallets according to door dimensions, quantity, and shipping method, with protection added at contact and edge areas.
Project-Sorted Packing
For multi-door projects, units can be identified and grouped by model, size, room type, or project reference where required.
Export Documents
Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other applicable export documents can be prepared for the shipment.
Pre-Shipment Check
Before loading, packed quantities, product identification, surface condition, dimensions, components, and packaging condition are verified against the order.
