6 Panel Textured Hollow Core Door

The 6 Panel Textured Hollow Core Door is a moulded HDF interior door with an LVL-reinforced perimeter structure and lightweight internal core. Its six-panel profile is formed into the door skin and finished with PVC film or melamine paper in woodgrain or solid-color designs. The door can be supplied as a door leaf or coordinated door set for residential, apartment, showroom, and hospitality interiors. 

Moulded HDF Door Skins
HDF skins are hot-pressed to form the six-panel face, including the raised panels, grooves, and surrounding profile.
LVL Perimeter Reinforcement
LVL members form the internal perimeter structure and provide reinforced fixing areas for hinges, locks, and other door hardware.
Lightweight Internal Core
The internal core is configured to reduce door weight while maintaining the required structure of the finished door leaf. 

Moulded Six-Panel Profile
The six-panel pattern is formed directly into the HDF skin, defining the panel proportions, grooves, and recessed sections during moulding.
PVC or Melamine Finish
PVC film or melamine paper can be applied as the decorative surface, depending on the required finish and project specification.
Woodgrain & Solid-Color Finishes
Available finishes include woodgrain patterns, solid colors, and selected custom references for project orders. 

Integrated Six-Panel Profile
The panel pattern is moulded into the HDF skin rather than assembled from separate decorative pieces, keeping the six-panel geometry consistent across production.
LVL-Reinforced Hardware Areas
The internal LVL structure provides reinforced areas around the door perimeter and hardware locations for hinge and lock preparation.

Moulded Profile Check
The six-panel face is checked after moulding for panel position, profile definition, groove formation, damaged edges, and visible forming defects.
Surface & Finish Check
Finished door faces are inspected for PVC or melamine adhesion, scratches, bubbles, wrinkles, contamination, color variation, and edge finish.
Door Leaf Measurement
Width, height, thickness, diagonals, squareness, and edge condition are measured against the production specification.
Frame & Hardware Check
For complete door sets, frame dimensions, hinge positions, lock preparation, trims, and specified hardware are checked for correct configuration and installation.
Operation Check
Assembled door sets are opened and closed to verify hinge movement, frame alignment, clearance, and basic operating condition.
Final Release Check
The finished product is checked against the purchase order for model, dimensions, finish, core configuration, components, quantity, labeling, and packaging before shipment. 

Individual Surface Protection
Each finished door is enclosed in PE packaging, with additional protection applied to exposed edges and vulnerable surface areas.
Cushioning & Carton Packing
Foam or other cushioning materials are placed around the door before carton packing to separate finished surfaces and reduce contact damage during transport.
Palletized Loading
Cartons can be secured on pallets according to door dimensions, shipment quantity, container loading requirements, and handling conditions.
Project Identification
For multi-unit orders, cartons and pallets can be marked by model, size, room reference, or other buyer-specified identification.
Pre-Shipment Packing Check
Packing quantities, product labels, visible condition, components, and carton condition are checked before loading.
